Spumone leccese artigianale.

Lo spumone è un gelato di gusti misti stratificati (di solito nocciola, cioccolato e stracciatella) con all'interno un ripieno di pan di spagna affogato con dell'amaro o con del liquore Strega. Una volta preparato viene fatto solidificare in ciotole rotonde che gli conferiscono la forma di una semisfera. Spumone is een ijsje van gemengde smaken (meestal hazelnoot, chocolade en stracciatella) met een vulling van biscuitgebak verdronken met bitter of met Strega-likeur. Eenmaal bereid, wordt het gemaakt om te stollen in ronde kommen die het de vorm van een halve bol geven. Spumone is an ice cream of mixed layered flavors (usually hazelnut, chocolate and stracciatella) with a sponge cake filling drowned in bitter or Strega liqueur. Once prepared, it is solidified in round bowls which give it the shape of a hemisphere.
